LeaderTreks, a Chicago-based leadership development organization that partners with churches to develop youth leaders in the ministry, came to us seeking an overhauled e-commerce store. The goal of the project was to create a better user experience in order to increase sales. We started with a revised navigation and site homepage, leading to more user clicks and views of products. We then built a new store with Salesforce integration, a rethought layout, and a responsive experience. The store experience now gives LeaderTreks more data about what their users want and what they are looking at, which has lead to an increase in product sales.
