It is said that true happiness is not getting what you want all the time, but being truly thankful for what you have. As for me, I am blessed beyond measure with a beautiful family both at home and work. For a man who values relationships above all else, being allowed to do that for a living is my true happiness. Whether I am out meeting prospective clients, encouraging a TBX team member, or on the sideline of a soccer field, I draw energy from others. Hearing their story, needs, ambitions, and coming alongside them to create and implement plans to get them “there” is a privilege I cherish.

My wife Chelsie and three girls, Lexi, Remi Grace, and Ayla are my true pride and joy. I couldn’t ask for more (except a son maybe?). We enjoy our time together in many ways, our favorite time is spent outside hiking, going on bike rides, hitting up the beach, and attending local sporting events. When I am not at TBX or home with my family, you’ll find me in the woods rolling the best single track West Michigan has to offer, roaming around a soccer field, or trying to prove my (diminishing) youth at a hockey rink.

I guess saying I feel blessed to do what I do and have what I have is an understatement. When I was young I never really knew what I wanted to “be” when I grew up, and my dad always used to lecture me about spending time on the computer saying “Son, playing on-line ain’t ever going to pay the bills”, well, Dad… how you like them apples?

Whether you think you can, or can’t, you’re right.
